Global Unified Processes and Tools for the Recruiting
KWS is one of the world's leading plant breeding companies. KWS relies on solutions from SAP to standardize the Group's organization globally and offer comprehensive use of IT systems. The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors began for recruiting management, in order to replace different individual solutions at the individual branches. KWS brought Telekom MMS on board to introduce the recruiting tool in a structured manner and according to a specified rollout plan.
